Site plans & hosting tiers.

Understand hosting tiers, upgrade and downgrade your site, and see where charges appear.

Site plans & hosting tiers

Every site is assigned a hosting tier that sets its limits (storage, entries, pages) and its features. New sites start on the default tier. You can change tiers anytime from the site's Plan page.

What a tier controls

Setting What it means
Storage Total media storage for the site
Entries Combined limit of end users and records
Pages Maximum number of pages
Features Which features are available (analytics, payments, custom domains, etc.)

Open your site and click Plan to see the current tier and its limits.

Upgrade a site

Upgrading moves the site to a higher tier immediately.

  1. Open the site and click Plan.
  2. Choose the tier you want.
  3. Confirm.

An upgrade may require additional fees* — the new tier's hosting price is charged and a fresh 30-day hosting cycle begins. The exact amount is shown before you confirm. Only workspace owners and co-owners can change plans.

Downgrade a site

Downgrading moves the site to a lower tier. If your current usage (pages, records, storage) exceeds the target tier's limits, the downgrade is blocked and you will see exactly how much you are over — for example "over by 3 pages".

Reduce your usage first (delete pages, records or media), then downgrade.

The 30-day hosting cycle

Publishing a site starts a 30-day hosting window. Here is how it works:

  • The first publish starts the cycle.
  • Republishing while the cycle is still active is free.
  • Unpublishing does not refund — the paid window keeps running.
  • After 30 days, hosting renews automatically from your balance. If the balance is too low, the site is paused until you top up.

Where to see charges

Every charge is recorded. Go to Credits & Billing → History for the full ledger, and Invoices for receipts.

* May require additional fees — check your dashboard for the current pricing.
